The number of COVID-19 fatalities in Arakan State stood at 18 as of November 3, according to state health officials. 

A university student from Nyaungkan village in Arakan State’s Myebon Township who sustained shrapnel wounds to her head is struggling to afford medical treatment, according to family members.
