There are not enough toilets in Lan Ma Kyaung (Monastery of Main Road) and Yan Aung Myay refugee camps in Buthidaung town because the number of refugees increases.

Fighting between the Tatmadaw and the Arakan Army have prevented farmers to harvest more than 12,000 acres of paddy fields in Rathedaung, Buthidaung, Ponnagyun, Mrauk-U, Minbya, and Myebon townships, according to Arakan State Farmers’ Union.

Two civilians, who were travelling on a motorbike at night in Ponnagyun Township were shot by the Tatmadaw, both are receiving medical treatment now.
