Many dogs have been stricken by an undiagnosed malady and died in Manaung Township, Arakan State, according to locals and an official from the Livestock Breeding and Veterinary Department.

An elderly woman from Yokethar village in Arakan State’s Kyauktaw Township was killed in a landmine blast at around 7 a.m. on Tuesday, according to local residents.
