• The United League of Arakan (ULA) issued a statement saying the Myanmar military, which has been suffering since August 13 fighting in Arakan State and in Chin State’s Paletwa Township, has restricted the movement of people and commodities on the Yaychanpyin-Angumaw-Maungdaw road and the Maungdaw-Kyeinchaung road.
