Entire villages submerged by floods at the border of Kyauktaw and Mrauk-U

"We’ve been surviving on whatever we have left since the rain started, and our food supplies are running out. We don’t even know how many days it will keep raining like this."
Floods and torrential rains have devastated parts of Rakhine State for over a week, and floodwaters have still not receded in several areas.
Villages situated along the border of Kyauktaw and Mrauk-U townships are entirely submerged, forcing the majority of local residents to evacuate to safer areas.
